Technical Support Engineers

Our customer activities are increasing, and we are searching for skilled and experienced IT professionals. Your are used to working with customers, and your communication skills are good. You will be using Norwegian and English on a daily basis. 

Job tasks:
Your main tasks will be related to dealing with technical support requests by phone or e-mail, working on customer projects, and corresponding with the development team on technical issues.

Qualifications:
 - Information Technology Master or Bachelor degree, or minimum two years of experience
 - General knowledge in Information Technology and network
 - Windows Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange and SharePoint management experience
 - Microsoft Certifications will be emphasized
 - English and Norwegian language skills, verbal and written
 - A responsible and solution oriented attitude is important
